Check-in is self-serve and keyless. Before you arrive, we'll text you your suite, your door code, and the Wi-Fi details, so you can head straight in.
Please bring a photo ID. We will verify it at check-in.
Every suite comes with one assigned parking space. If you're bringing a second car, there's plenty of parking in the neighborhood around Gardiner Common.
It's just a few steps up to the front door. As a historic building, One Lincoln Ave doesn't have an elevator, so the lower level and the upper floors are reached by stairs. If stairs are a concern, reach out before you book and we'll help you pick the suite that's easiest to get to.
We're self check-in with no front desk or restaurant, and the team is a text away. Downtown's cafés are an 8-minute walk. See our favorite spots.
Suites 1 through 7 each have a kitchenette, and The Penthouse has a full kitchen.
Your suite is cleaned before you arrive. There's no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay refresh (fresh sheets and towels) can be arranged with 24 hours' notice. Fees apply.
